  • 8Slices of smoked wild salmon
  • 250 gRocket salad

Preparation
Rezept Avocado mit Wildlachs und Rucola

1. Cut the avocados into halves, remove the stones and remove the avocado flesh out from the shell with a spoon. Purée the avocado flesh and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Line avocado shells with the salmon slices and top with the avocado cream. Remove the stems from the rocket salad, then wash and spin-dry the leaves Serve the avocado halves with rocket salad and lime wedges and garnish with balsamic cream.
