  • 250 gCup ricotta
  • 4 TbspKühne Balsamissimo Basil
  • 80 gChocolate flakes
  • 4 ScoopsChocolate ice cream (e.g. from Carte D’Or)

Rezept Bananen Toast mit Schokoladeneis

1. Toast the slices of raisin bread. Peel bananas und cut them into slices.

2. Spread the slices of bread with ricotta and Kühne Balsamissimo Basil and top with banana slices. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes. Heat up in preheated oven at ca. 180°C, until the chocolate has melted and the bananas has been warm.

3. Immediately serve with chocolate ice cream.
