  • 2Large tomatoes
  • 1Small head of lettuce
  • 100 mlKühne Yoghurt & Garden Herbs Dressing
  • 12Slices of toast
  • 4 TbspButter
  • 4 TbspKühne Hot Mustard
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  • 8Slices of boiled ham (approx. 120 g)
  •  Wooden skewers (optional)

Preparation
Rezept Clubsandwich mit gekochtem Schinken

1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices, wash the lettuce, spin-dry, pluck leaves apart and marinate in a bowl with Kühne Yoghurt Dressing with garden herbs. Toast bread and spread with a thin layer of butter.

2. Spread two-thirds of the slices of toast with Kühne Mustard and top with some lettuce and tomato slices, salt and pepper. Top with ham and stack on top of each other. Finish with the buttered slices of toast and skewer as desired with wooden skewers.

*Tip: Vegetarians can substitute the ham with some spicy goat cheat.*
