  • 250 gCorn salad
  • 2 TbspOlive oil
  • 5 TbspSunflower seeds
  • 1/2 TbspCurry
  • 2 TbspAgave syrup or honey
  • 100 gBacon
  • 1(old) Rolls
  •  Sea salt
  •  Freshly ground pepper
  • 5 TbspENJOY Raspberry Vinaigrette

Preparation

1. Wash and peel the lettuce. Cut the bread into cubes.

2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan until crispy, season with curry and salt, caramelize with the agave syrup or honey, remove from the frying pan and let cool briefly.

3. Cut the bacon into cubes or slices, fry in the frying pan until crispy and drain on kitchen paper.

Toast the bread cubes in the remaining fat until crispy and season with sea salt and pepper.

4. Mix the salad with ENJOY Raspberry Vinaigrette, serve in bowls and sprinkle with the bacon, croutons and sunflower seeds.
