Preparation
Rezept Kopfsalat mit Zitrone, Kapern und Dill

1. First free the lettuces from stem, cut into rough pieces and wash in cold water. Then spin dry with a salad spinner or by hand.

2. Wash lemon with hot water and cut into thin slices. Remove seeds of the lemon. Season lemon slices with sugar, salt and pepper. Remove the thyme leaves from stem and mix with the lemon slices. Then knead easily the slices by hand until juice comes out, and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Serve lettuce, lemon slices and capers in a big bowl. Mix all and add Kühne Dressing. Finally, pick a few twigs of dill and sprinkle on the salad.
