Pastrami Sandwich

with Red Cabbage

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g Kühne Red Cabbage
  • 4 big slices whole grain toast
  • ½ bunch chive
  • 2 tbsp Kühne Horseradish with Cream
  • 200g pastrami (in slices)
  • 2 tbsp Kühne Salatgurken
  • 2 tbsp Kühne Made For Meat Bacon Jalapeño
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

1. Roast bacon in a hot pan until it´s crispy.

2. Heat oil in a pan and roast eggs until you get the wished consistency at low heat.

3. Heat Kühne Red Cabbage ready-to-use as described on the package. Roast the toast at wish. Wash and shake dry the chive and cut into fine rings.

4. Spread Kühne Horseradish Cream on the toast. Put Kühne 2 min. Red Cabbage, pastrami, bacon and Kühne Salatgurken on it and spread Kühne Made for Meat Bacon Jalapeño on it. Top with fried eggs and chive, season with salt and pepper.

5. Place the rest of the toast slices on it and serve
