  • 1Shallots
  • 150 mlKühne Yoghurt Dressing

1. Rinse the pickled herring in cold water, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Wash the apples thoroughly, pat dry, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes small. Cut the excess parts off the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the shallot.

2. Mix all the ingredients with the yoghurt dressing. Season with a little salt and pepper and leave for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve with wholemeal bread.
