  • 1Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4Punnet of cress
  • 1Organic lemon
  •  Sea salt
  •  Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 TbspYoghurt Dressing

1. Peel, wash, then cook the potatoes.

2. Wash the romaine lettuce leaves and arrange on a plate. Cut the potatoes cut into slices and arrange them on the salad leaves.

3. Pour Kühne Dressing on the potato slices

Cut the cress and sprinkle over the potatoes.

4. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry, with a zester cut fine zests and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Alternatively, peel the top layer of the lemon without the white part and cut into fine strips. Season with sea salt and pepper.
