  • 8Plum tomatoes
  • 4 TbspOlive oil
  • 2 TbspKühne [16095]
  • 2 TspHoney mustard
  •  Pepper
  • 8Racks of lamb (100 g each)
  • 8 TbspKühne [38500]
  •  Steak seasoning

Preparation
Rezept Lammkarree mi Broccoli-Tomatensalat

1. Wash the broccoli clean and cut into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water 1–2 minutes, drain, rinse with ice water and let drain. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.

2. Mix olive oil, Condimento Balsamico Bianco, Honey Mustard, salt and pepper to create a dressing. Mix with broccoli and tomato strips and arrange on 2 plates.

3. Wash the racks of lamb, pat dry, marinate with Kühne Honey BBQ Sauce, pepper and salt and sear in a grill pan or on the grill on all sides. Arrange on the salad.
