1. Crumble the goat’s cheese with your hands into small chunks.

2. Next, rib the sourdough bread with garlic, drizzle with olive oil and roast in a grill pan.

3. Wash the lettuce, discarding any old or wilted leaves, then spin-dry. Marinate with ENJOY Raspberry Vinaigrette, season with sea salt and pepper and arrange on plates.
