  • approx. 400 gBeef fillet (may be substituted with rump steak)
  • 4 TbspOlive oil
  •  Freshly ground pepper
  •  Sea salt
  • 4Baguette rolls
  • 0.5 JarKühne Roasted Paprika
  • 0.5 BunchBasil
  • 1Garlic clove
  • 0.5 HeadIceberg lettuce
  • 100 mlKühne Made for Meat Smoked Pepper BBQ

Preparation
Rezept Steak-Sandwich mit gerösteter Paprika und Basilikum

1. Wash the fillets, pat dry and rub with half of the olive oil, then season with pepper and salt. Cut open the rolls. Drain the peppers and chop into small pieces. Also chop the basil leaves into small pieces and mix with the pepper. Peel and cut garlic in half.

2. Toast the rolls in a frying pan or in the toaster, rub with the garlic clove and brush with the remaining olive oil.

Sear the steak on both sides in a hot frying pan until the desired degree of doneness. Then let the steak rest for about 5–10 minutes and cut into thin strips.

3. Wash the lettuce, cut into strips and place on the bottom bun halves. Place the pepper and meet on top and drizzle with Kühne Honey BBQ Sauce. Place the top halves of the buns on top and enjoy!
