1. Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the Kühne Gourmet Selection Red Baby Beets and apples into small cubes. Cut the celery into thin slices, and the turkey into strips.

2. Mix together the Kühne Gourmet Selection Red Baby Beets, celery, turkey, sour cream, Kühne Ready-To-Use Horseradish, some of the beetroot brine and apple juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

*Tip: Serve with fresh brown bread. The recipe can also be prepared with boiled ham or turkey.*
