  • 150 mlVegetable broth

  • 400 gSausages (e. g. Nuremberger bratwurst)

Preparation
Rezept Bratwurst mit Kartoffel-Gurken Salat

1. Cock the potatoes firm to the bit, quench, peal and leave to cool down. Shred the cucumber into fine slices. Wash the green onions and cut them into fine rings.

2. Mix Kühne White Wine Vinegar, capers brew, Kühne Mustard medium-hot and sugar. Add vegetable broth and oil and whisk all to a homogenous dressing. Enhance with green onions and season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix potatoes, gherkin slices and the dressing, season with salt and pepper and let infuse.

4. Grill the bratwurst all around for 10 minutes and serve with the salad.

Tip: Just before serving, spice up the salad with salt and pepper, with the time the potatoes sop the spice up.
