Rezept Würzbutter mit Meerrettich und Senf

1. For the mustard butter, chop the herbs into fine pieces. Mix the butter with the herbs and Kühne Mustard medium hot until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Keep cool until ready to serve.

2. For the horseradish butter, grate some lemon zest. Mix the butter with Kühne Ready-To-Use Horseradish and lemon zest until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Keep cool until ready to serve.

*Tip: Tastes fantastic with fried meat, fish and vegetables.*
