Rezept Blattsalat  mit Fenchel und Orange

1. Wash salad and drain it thoroughly. Half spring onions in length and cut in small slices. Clean fennel and cut in small slices. Peel orange with sharp knife, so that white skin is completely removed. Then, seperate pulp into filets.

2. Put salad and fennel in a bowl, mix with Kühne Yoghurt Dressing and season with salt and pepper. Serve with filets of the orange.

Tip: Try this recipe with green olives and feta cheese as well.
