  • 4Figs
  • 1 TbspHoney
  • 2 TbspOlive oil
  • 150 gBacon
  • 2 SlicesFarmhouse or crusty bread
  • 125 gRaspberries
  • 4 TbspENJOY Raspberry Vinaigrette

Preparation

1. Wash the loose leaf lettuce and let drain. Cut the figs into quarters and brush lightly with honey.

2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the figs and sauté briefly, then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in another frying pan until crispy. Cut the bread into small cubes, add to the bacon and toast briefly together.

4. Mix the salad with ENJOY Raspberry Vinaigrette and serve on two plates. Add the raspberries, figs, bacon and croutons.
