Preparation
Rezept Rotkohl-Tarte mit Feta und Thymian

1. Preheat the oven on 160°C / 320°F. Spread the short pastry in a greased baking tin. Let the Kühne Red Cabbage drip and distribute over it.

2. Mix the whipped cream with the eggs and pour over the red cabbage.

3. Lastly crumble the soft goat cheese over it and bake the tart 40 minutes. (Electric oven 180°C / 356°F or air circulation 160°C / 320°F)
