  • 300 gCreme fraîche

  •  Red pepper powder
  •  Ground caraway

Rezept Krautpfanne mit Rinderfilet und Champignons

1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in fourth. Peel the onions and cut them in rings.

2. Blot dry the fillet of beef, cut red peppers in half, clean and wash them and cut them - together with fillet - in stripes. Heat up the oil, fry the beef in it and take the beef out again. Give mushrooms, onions and red peppers into the same oil, fry for about 5 min. whilst stirring.

3. Add Kühne Sauerkraut to the vegetables and heat it up. Add back the fried filet of beef and season everything with crème fraîche and spices. Wash, dry and chop the leaves of chervil and sprinkle over the sauerkraut stir-fry.
