  • 8Radishes
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  •  Salt
  •  Pepper
  • 100 gGreen beans
  • 2 tbspSesame
  •  Some cress
  • 4 TbspKühne Yoghurt & Garden Herbs Dressing

Preparation
Rezept Kartoffelsalat vegan  mit grünen Bohnen, Sesam und Kresse

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place in a pot with water and 1 tsp of salt. Cook for approx. 15 minutes.

2. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.

3. Drain the water and set aside the potatoes with the lid still closed.

4. Wash the beans and cook in a pot for about 5-7 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and add the sesame. Cut the potatoes in half as desired.

5. Place the beans on a plate, followed by the fried potatoes with sesame. Add the cress and garnish with Kühne Dressing.
