Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 TBSP live oil
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 beef tomato (approx. 250 g)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 burger buns (Ø 10 cm)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 50 g Fiery hot Jalapeño
  • 100 g KÜHNE MADE FOR MEAT Burger Style Chipotle

Preparation

Preheat the grill to approx. 220°C. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocados roughly in a bowl with a fork. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Stir the lemon juice and olive oil into the avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the tomato and lettuce and shake dry. Remove the core from the tomato and slice. Roughly tear the lettuce. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Drain the jalapeños.

Season the minced meat generously with salt, shape into patties, and grill on the grill for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Cut the burger buns open and toast the cut sides on the grill for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

Spread Kühne MADE FOR MEAT Chipotle Burger Style Sauce on the bottom halves of the buns and top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onions. Place the burger patties on top and spread with avocado cream. Roughly break the tortilla chips and scatter them on top with the jalapeños. Spread the remaining Kühne MADE FOR MEAT Chipotle Burger Style Sauce and top with the top half of the bun.
